Rehearsal Cancelled

No rehearsal Tuesday February 28th for Student Teacher Conferences. Small ensembles are encouraged to find a place to rehearse or contact Donna. We’ll see you back for full band rehearsal on March 6th.

Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!

Our fall concert season ended with a fantastic Christmas concert, thank you to everyone who attended. Thank you Tillie’s Toffee for the $70.00 donation which we have passed along to Hunger Task Force. Rehearsals for the spring season start January 10, 2012. We hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season and we wish you and your families a happy new year!

Come one, come all, to the Wauwatosa Community Band Christmas Concert! We have an excellent lineup of music for you this season and we’ve mixed in a few special small group ensembles as well.
Selections the full concert band will be performing are:
Christmas from the ’50s arr by Douglas E. Wagner
A Chanukah Celebration arr by David Bobrowitz
The Night Before Christmas by John Moss
A merry Brassy Christmas arr by John Cacavas
An Irving Berlin Christmas by Irving Berlin
Holidayzed! by Jerry Becker

Tickets are $5 for Adults and $3 for Children and Seniors. As always, refreshments will be available after the concert and we wish everyone Happy Holidays!
