12th Annual Children’s Halloween Concert

Now that October is here, the band is gearing up for their most favorite time of the year! No, not Christmas (yet)! We’re talking about our annual Halloween concert in the Creepy Cafeteria. You have never been to a concert band like this! Not only will there be the great music that you’ve come to expect from the band, but there will also be tons of stuff to keep the kiddos entertained. We have actors, sing-alongs, a costume parade, and even some activities right during the music! Loads of audience participation makes this concert one unique experience.

Rec Department Member Registration

Community Band 2019 season is open for registration. The Activity Number that we are using for registration is 637700. Here is the link for online registration. Jennifer also assembled a handy online walk-through of the rec department’s payment system.

Kids’ Halloween Concert

Saturday, October 13th, 2018

The Wauwatosa Community Band is back up to their usual shenanigans! Join us once again for our annual Children’s concert on October 30th at 7:00pm. Not only will you hear some great music, there will also be a plethora of entertainment for the kids and kids at heart. In addition to our traditional Costume Parade, you will be able to partake in a circus, a sing-along, and a re-enactment of the movie Brave! Anyone in costume gets in free, and after all the tricks during the concert, stay for the treats afterward.

All concerts take place at Longfellow Middle School auditorium on 76th and North Ave. We look forward to seeing you!
